The "National Grazing Reserve Council Bill" is a bill to officially stamp in Fulani RUGA settlements in guise or disguise by the Federal Government of Nigeria to criminally acquiring indigenous lands with state treasury for the dreaded Fulani herdsmen and others.
The Fulani people and the British government have one thing in common that unify their graded levels of criminalities and that is, how they boldly kill aboriginals of a certain place, steal from the people, their resources, their lands and tagged it one useless thing or the other just to give their criminality exercise a good name as a modicum for morality whereas their activities are vile and immoral.
Whatever the Fulani caliphate government of Nigeria is doing to enslave indigenous Nigerians or achieve their aim for the sole well-being of an average Fulani man at the detriment of others; sufferings and wallowing in misery was imparted to the Fulani by the British crown. The British Empire was built on many stolen resources be it human slavery, earth solid materials, earth mineral resources and grabbing of land where these resources are abundance and settled in their people to live in the lands of the oppressed, the land they conquered to champion their imperialism ideology of conquest and rule.
Biafra Reporters are unanimously grateful to the information age that we are currently observing in this twenty first century; we were able to conduct researches as to guide our sail [findings] to arrive at some of the top notch reasons why many empires, nations and kingdoms failed leading to the creation of countries from the debris of the oppressive giant empires and kingdoms. The Fulani people as a race still believes to live in the medieval era of conquest and land grabbing as that is or was how they came to be Nigerians by geographical representation of what make up today's Nigeria.
Ever since dictator Muhammadu Buhari assume office in 2015 as the President of Nigeria, his government has been engrossed with partiality for re-positioning and positioning the illiterate Fulanis' above every other Nigerian. Muhammadu Buhari being the grand patron of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria and spokes person for the Boko Haram terrorist to forcefully retire President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan from office used threats to life and coorperate existence of Nigeria to have stylishly elevated his tribe's men to subjugate others. In the past the Northern Nigeria people are used to boasting that Biafrans are landlocked.
Tyrant Muhammadu Buhari even as a sitting President stoop so low as a dullard he is by disparaging the Biafrans called them a dot in a circle. Fulani North claims to own 70-85% available lands that make up today's Nigeria which is situated in the North and any slight misunderstanding in the Nigeria political space, they will release their minions to sting their fangs on Biafrans residing in their space either by committing a whole man slaughtering, pogroms, religious riots, arson, genocide and giving of quit notice to non Fulanis' and today in this tyrannical government of Muhammadu Buhari, Biafra Reporters wonder what happened to the vast land mass available in the Northern part of Nigeria.
This tyrant Muhammadu Buhari wants to make use of his administration to pacify every demeaning things or approach that will favour his people and region irrespective of not following the laid down principles left by the British colonizers. How the British colonizers and government met indigenous people in their lands during the colonial era even before and after the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern protectrates.The Yoruba people as a tribe and a race are indigenous to their Oduduwa land without any form of interference if not for the silly behavior and miscalculation of Afunja that handed over a piece of Yoruba land to the Fulani in Ilorin Kwara State.
The Edo Benin kingdom were also indigenous to their land without any form of land grabbing from either the Yoruba people nor the Igbo people. Biafrans are also indigenous to their land without any form conquest, likewise the Hausa people are indigenous to their kingdom of Gobir until the Fulani conquest happened in their land and today the Hausa people are slaves to the Fulanis' and are answerable to the Fulani Kings [Emirs] in their own very land which is never part of their culture and who they are as a people.
Let's take a deep look at the National Grazing Reserve Council Bill and try to have an in-depth analysis cum knowledge, understanding what this bill carries if the Fulani caliphate government of Nigeria sponsor, perfect and sign this bill into law.
The National Grazing Reserve Council Bill, will create a council to be chaired by a Chairman to be appointed by the Fulani President of Nigeria. The council shall have the power to take our land anywhere the land is located in the country and then pay you compensation if need be. Your land, when taken, shall be assigned to Fulani herdsmen who shall use your land for RUGA settlement and grazing purposes. They shall bring cows to the land and you shall lose the land permanently to those Fulani cattlemen forever. By way of the above state motive the government have forcefully inserted them to be owners of the land they conquer using this atrocious bill.
If the community feels that the council was not right to take their land, they can go to court but before they go to court, they must first of all notify the Federal Attorney General of Nigeria who is a Fulani man about their intention to sue the council for land grabbing. Outside notifying the Attorney General, they must get the consent and authority of the Federal Attorney General of Nigeria before they are permitted to sue the RUGA council chairman. So what this means is that if the Attorney General of Nigeria adamantly refuses to give his consent to the suit, the community have lose their land forever to the alien Fulani herdsmen.
This obnoxious law, when allowed or granted passed, shall apply to the whole country so it entails that your community land in the village or anywhere in Nigeria is not safe no more.
The National Grazing Reserve Council would have the absolute power to take away your community land from your community or town anytime they want and pay your towns men/community whatever they want as compensation. Note: (even when your community don't want to sell their land, and remember that for your community to get compensation, your community must have documents showing or proving ownership as a communal or individual land).
The National Grazing Reserve Council Bill by the Fulani caliphate government of Nigeria is a deliberate attempt to take over our lands and hand same over to the Fulani herdsmen since it is obvious that it is only the Fulanis' that openly graze cow in Nigeria on people's land and farms unhindered. This bill is a deliberate move to fulfil the directives of Uthman Dan Fodio and other Northern leaders to take over other parts of Nigeria as their grand father estate. All over the world, ranches are established and used to rear cow. The cattle farmers buy land and put there cows there.
There is no country in the world where the land belonging to communities or citizens are compulsorily acquired and given to others for grazing right and forceful settlement of alien herders. This tyrant Muhammadu Buhari evil plan for Nigeria is to enslave indigenous Nigerians forever under the mercy of the Fulanis'. This bill was designed to favour the Fulanis where the President comes from.
Biafrans don't need to inform the doppelganger in Aso-Rock that we must resist the passage of this criminal intent bill into law to protect our land and our future generations.
