THE MERCHANTS OF FALSEHOOD: WHY THEIR CLOCK IS FINALLY RUNNING OUT

The curtain is lifting. The game plan is now plain for all to see. The merchants of falsehood have fewer places to hide, and the era of manufactured narratives is swiftly drawing to its end. For clarity’s sake, let me declare without hesitation: every lie, every deceit, every smear campaign, and every act of criminal blackmail has a natural expiry date. That date has come.

I am never surprised when men and women whose very existence is rooted in treachery resort to abominable lies just to cling to relevance. Evil has always weaponized falsehood as its currency.

This is the beginning of a six-part revelation, anchored on documentary evidence and first-hand accounts. My duty here is to speak without fear, present facts as they are, and invite rebuttals rooted in truth, not slogans, not propaganda, not noise. The record must be set straight, and posterity must bear witness.

The Turning Point: 5th–6th June, 2021

On the 5th of June, 2021, after paying a courtesy visit to the Archbishop of Onitsha Province (Catholic Communion), I informed Benjamin Madubugwu, who was in my company among others, that I had been invited by a close friend in Ogidi for dinner. The plan was straightforward: drop off Benjamin Madubugwu, head to my friend’s home, share a meal, and retire for the night there.

But Madubugwu insisted; persistently, that we first return to my residence in Oraifite. His excuse was disarmingly trivial: he claimed his clothes for the following morning were dirty and that he might find a suitable change among mine. For over ten minutes I resisted, yet his persistence wore me down. Reluctantly, I yielded. What I did not know was that, at that very moment, arrangements for a violent assault on my ancestral home were already in motion.

That night, my Ogidi host called repeatedly, waiting for my arrival. He is alive today. Should more falsehood be churned out in the future, I will not hesitate to put his full identity in the public domain so that every Biafran can independently verify what transpired.

This is not hearsay. What I narrate is based on what I lived through, on communications exchanged in real time, and on hard evidence I shall furnish at the right fora. It is a matter of record that the hatchet job executed at my home was no accident; it was meticulously planned and facilitated, and it required my presence to be properly executed. However, if not for Benjamin Madubugwu, I would not have been in my home on 6th June, 2021, and the tragic incident that occurred that day would never have happened. He had a predetermined plan to lure me home in order to ensure the seamless execution of their evil plot.

The “Unseen Hands” Are Not Invisible

There exists a shadowy figure, the so-called “unseen hands” who has over time orchestrated anonymous smear campaigns, spewed toxic propaganda, and coordinated vicious online and offline attacks against perceived “enemies,” whom he fears will expose the truth of who and what he truly is. Even the very institution of the Directorate of State (DOS) has not been spared; repeated attempts have been made by these unseen hands to discredit and weaken that office. They all failed. Yet, the pattern is clear and undeniable.

In the course of this series, I will strip these unseen hands of their anonymity. Names will be named. Messages, directives, and outcomes will be placed before our people. The cloak of secrecy will be torn away. The machinery of manipulation will stand exposed, naked before truth.

I am not naive. I expect rebuttals. I expect noise. I expect a barrage of fresh lies, diversions, perhaps another round of blackmail. That has always been their playbook. But let them know this: time is no longer their ally. Evidence does not get tired. Facts do not cower before intimidation.

The True Cost of Lies

The greatest tragedy in all this is not the defamation of reputations, it is the wasting of lives. Precious lives. Thousands of sincere, idealistic youths were manipulated, deceived, and pushed into senseless deaths. All the while, those who swore loudly to righteousness were privately fueling the machinery of violence.

To this day, there has been no remorse. Instead, we see theatrics, hypocrisy, and counterfeit piety performed with loud voices and sanctimonious gestures. Enough is enough!

To my people, I say: open your eyes, sharpen your minds. Beware of anonymous war-drums, staged outrage, and false promises sold by the very hands that profit from your suffering. The evil that men do does not evaporate, it follows them, and it stains their record.

What Comes Next

In the next installments, I will unveil:
 1. The second assassination attempt on my life on 20th September, 2021, backed by call logs and chat records.
 2. The key actors, their roles, and the undeniable links connecting them.
 3. The propaganda pipelines. 
 4. The operational template by which denials were manufactured. 
 5. A point-by-point public challenge, inviting any party to refute these claims with hard evidence, not empty rhetoric.

This is not theatre. This is not speculation. This is a record. And records, unlike propaganda, do not fade away.

Every lie has an expiry date. That date is today.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), under the leadership of our indomitable leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, wishes to address the persistent misinformation and judicial travesty surrounding his unlawful detention and prosecution. We call on Nigerians, the international community, and all lovers of justice to heed this clarion call: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has no case to answer. The continued persecution of our leader is not only a gross violation of his fundamental rights but also an indictment of Nigeria’s judiciary, which has descended into a cesspool of judicial terrorism and criminal dereliction of duty.

For too long, Nigerians have been misled by a false narrative propagated by the Nigerian state and its complicit media, claiming that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu faces charges of treason or terrorism. Let us set the record straight: the treasonable felony charges against our leader were struck out years ago when the former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, realized the case was unwinnable. No treason was committed. The Nigerian state, in its desperation to silence the Biafran struggle, resorted to fabricating terrorism charges, despite the Federal High Court’s clear ruling that IPOB is a lawful organization. This ruling was brazenly overturned through forum shopping by Malami, who secured a proscription order from Justice Kafarati’s court without granting IPOB the fair hearing guaranteed under Section 36 of Nigeria’s Constitution. This act alone exposes the Nigerian judiciary as a tool of oppression rather than a bastion of justice.

Most egregious is the unprecedented abuse of judicial process by Justice Tsammani and his co-panelists at the Court of Appeal. In a move that defies the principles of law and justice, they employed a civil procedure—stay of execution—to overturn a valid judgment reached in a criminal trial, a ruling that had discharged and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. This is a world-first in judicial history, a shameful act that stands as a testament to the corruption and moral bankruptcy of Nigeria’s judiciary. In any civilized society, Justice Tsammani, Justice Kafarati, and their collaborators would not only be disrobed but prosecuted for their criminal dereliction of the sacred oath of the bench. Their actions constitute judicial terrorism, as defined under Section 2(3)(f) of Nigeria’s Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act 2022, which explicitly states that attempts to convict individuals unjustly under terrorism charges are themselves acts of terrorism. We urge Nigerians and the global community to study this law and recognize the hypocrisy of those who claim to uphold it while violating its very tenets.

The Nigerian state’s obsession with persecuting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has exposed its judiciary as a willing accomplice in a neo-colonial agenda to suppress the legitimate aspirations of the Biafran people. This persecution is not just an attack on one man but an assault on justice, truth, and the rule of law. Nigeria risks destroying whatever is left of its global reputation and reducing its judiciary to a laughingstock. Those encouraging the Tinubu regime to persist in this dangerous path do not wish Nigeria well. They underestimate the unyielding resolve and fanatical devotion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to the cause of Biafra. His courage, even in chains, as evidenced in videos of his interrogations by the DSS, stands as a testament to his unbreakable spirit and the righteousness of our cause.

We call on the Nigerian public, legal practitioners, and the international community to awaken to the truth: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience, detained for his unwavering commitment to the self-determination of the Biafran people. The Nigerian state has no case against him. Should he ever take the stand to defend himself, the world will witness the unraveling of Nigeria’s façade of justice. IPOB is not begging for mercy; we demand justice. God Almighty, the ultimate witness to truth, stands with us.

The Nigerian judiciary must reverse this travesty, release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally, and restore the integrity of its courts. Failure to do so will only hasten the inevitable collapse of a system built on lies and oppression. The world is watching, and history will judge those who choose to perpetuate this injustice.

The Record !

Self acclaimed Special counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Barr Alloy Ejimakor lied in his claim here that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu calls some individuals disciples , There is no evidence that   or proofs that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu designated an individual or some individuals as his  disciples ,  these are fabricated claims to build argument for DSS but such argument remain baseless and cannot be proven with facts in court of law

Simon Ekpa was never recognized as an IPOB family  member, in his Finland base as it is traditional in IPOB family worldwide.  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu formed  global family of IPOB  and become her leader and only those recognized as her member can claim to be follower ship  of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

Though Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has admirers all over  the globe 🌎 but that one is  an admirer does not make one a follower.  In the same vain Simon Ekpa never become a follower of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu  let alone being his disciples. 

Discipleship cannot be authenticated by mere self proclamation. Because such proclamation might have ulterior motives and such remains the case of Simon Ekpa .

Cordial relationship between Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa as claims by special cancer ?

It is illogical that a self acclaimed Special counsel was recognizing an individual above the leadership of the organization that his claimed client formed, on the bases of cordial relationship , even when the apex leadership of the organization has issued official statement several times distanceing and disassociating the activities of such individual activities from the movement from such individual for the reason that 

1 he is not a registered member of the organization

2: His latest  activities immediately after the abduction of IPOB leader that  you acclaimed Special client  to becomes unrelated to the vision of of IPOB and your clients Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

3 Your clients is held in incommunicado by DSS and cannot see , speak or reason beyond hear say .

Above situation has rendered every personal relationship that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has with any individual  prior to his abduction less attractive.  But because Mr Alloy succeeded  to impose himself  on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as special counsel in day but special cancer in the  night , Mr Alloy tried had to sell the baseless narrative that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu works with Simon Ekpa

I Put it to the masked  DSS  witness Mr PWAAA  that  his effort to link simon Ekpa and his groups of autopilot , BGIE and BLA  activities to prove terrorism charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu a man  that is  being held incommunicado since June 2021 remain effort in futility a man  under  incommunicado cannot be said to work with a free man . IPOB vision and Simon Ekpa's activities are two opposite side and has no same direction.

Therefore global family of IPOB , lovers of freedom all over the world and people of good conscience are watching closely how the prosecutors will succeed in proving  their charges. Mr Alloy Ejimakor must be ready to be accountable to his on founded claims in this post when called upon .

We boldly say a resistance no to the Boko Haram terrorist infiltrated and Fulani terrorist herdsmen induced, ingrained , incorporated Nigeria government military exercise or anything pertaining to the Nigeria Army. Their recruitment exercise has nothing to do with us - the Biafrans.  We have no iota of interest nor involvement with the Nigeria Army, they should count us out in their recruitment exercise as we the Indigenous People of Biafra at large rejects them wholeheartedly.

A Nigeria Army that are in an unholy romance with repented Boko Haram terrorists in her folds and formations, a Nigeria Army that when their personnel are been killed by the same enrolled repented Boko Haram  terrorists working in their midst will (they) conceal the news in their reportage to the general public. A Nigeria Army that shares secrets and intelligence information with Boko Haram repented terrorists is not worthy to be considered to exist in a sane clime but can only exist in a third world animal country called the Zoological Republic of Nigeria.

A Nigeria Army that doesn't care about the well-being of their personnel that were wounded at the war front; a Nigeria Army that doesn't care about the welfare of the families of those genuine soldiers in the Army that died confronting the real terrorists working in their ranks and files.  Joining the Nigerian Military is the same as joining Fulani foreigners to take over your lands because the Nigeria government and her military sponsor and abet these Fulani terrorist herdsmen; giving them covert and overt aid using the barracks in the South of Nigeria where they operates from without any form of hindrance.

On the journey of nature, we as humans will always be obedient to nature, nature doesn't obey anyone except if we abide by its rule and we become progressive in all that we do. It is foolhardy to believe that some puppets in the ranks and files of some traditional South East and South South leaders and state governors in Biafra land will coerce Biafrans into joining a brute military force that derives joy in killing us without any form of provocations, they kill us at will when we have done nothing wrong against them rather than exercising our rights of self-determination.

A brutish Military Force that always derives joy to take side with the Nigerian politicians and murdered their Youths at Lekki Toll Gate during the #EndSars protest in Nigeria. How about the Nkpor Massacre, the Obigbo Massacre, the Donald J. Trump rally - Port Harcourt Massacre, the Emene Massacre, the Onitsha Head Bridge Massacre, the National High School Aba Massacre, the invasion of Afra Ukwu Ibeku Massacre and the failed assassination attempt on the life of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu - a candidate of the judiciary etc. A brutish Nigeria Military Force that is anti people that goes about embarrassing and humiliating unsuspecting and innocent Nigerians putting on camouflage against what their line of duty stipulates.

A brute Nigeria Military Force that is totally against the collective wishes, dreams and aspirations of their teeming populations but rather they are always eager to support some few criminals in positions of powers to stifle life away from dissent and opposition voices being their fellow country men and women. Nigeria government are blood suckers. Nigeria Army can't eat their cake and have it back at the same time Never!

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State should see caution with alacrity; well let us believe that he only teases the Nigeria Army stupidity as he himself knows very well that he has no legally moral rights or what it takes to coerce nor convince Abia youths to join the Nigeria Army contrary to IPOB decisions and directives. Moreover, 99% of Abians are Biafran youths and they are legally IPOB members under oath to abide by her rules. The same way some of you castigated Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for revealing the truth what will befall Nigeria, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu vividly foretold what will happen to the future of Nigeria, and today it is happening 100% as he predicted; it is the same way some of you who never harkened to this instructions from this very ordained movement of IPOB will live to regret it.

For the past ten years, the brutish Nigerian Military, the Nigeria Police Force including her compromised Judiciary had betrayed the "trust" Nigerians bestowed on them as the common defense mechanism to the defenseless Nigerian masses.
That very first day tyrant Muhammadu Buhari took over as the President of Nigeria was the day foreign Fulani invaders hijacked the Nigeria's three arms of government. Fulanis' were given the needed support from USAID, EU, France and United Kingdom to keep on tormenting Indigenous People across the geographical contraption called Nigeria in order to distract our focus from their pillages, looting and illegal exploitations of our human and natural resources by these imperialists.

Only the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu saw this coming and warned the rest of the Indigenous Nigeria populations but they refuse to listen, today this same foreigners are now pampered and treated as number one citizens, while the original Indigenous populations are being decimated in our own ancestral land as a price of our stupidity. These Fulani terrorists are already been recruited in the Nigeria Military formations, be it land Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, and the Judiciary and also through a proxy, they are occupying the seat of Nigeria power house.

These Fulani terrorists were imported from the Sahel, Funta Jallon etc, to occupy our ancestral lands - as being confirmed by a Northern governor who stated that the "Fulanis' has no place as their own, they are fugitives, but have found solace for settlement in Nigeria and working to change that fugitive traditions about them, they are bringing them across board to settle in Nigeria". The question is who is responsible for importing these Fulani foreigners into Nigeria without them being checked out or having a validated documents and we say we have effective Nigeria Immigration Services, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Police, and lastly the Civil Defense in place. Shame of a country !.

You as an Indigenous Hausa or Yoruba man or woman in the Nigeria military should know that Fulani personnel is your superior and commanders making sure they deployed infidels across the Eastern region to be tormenting armless Biafrans in search of IPOB members, thereby leaving your back open for their imported foot soldiers to kill, rape and murder your people in your own towns and villages and subsequently take over your land and that is the game and nothing more.

Nigerian army is an Islamic jihadists outfit, do not be a tool to which your ancestral land will be conquered into the hands of this wicked strangers and monsters. Profound regards to Biafran youths across Delta state, Rivers State, Cross River State, Bayelsa State, Edo State, Benue State, Akwa Ibom State, Abia State, Anambra State, Enugu State, Ebonyi State and Imo State for harkening to the voice of reasoning made by IPOB for vehemently refusing to join the on-going Nigeria Military recruitment exercise aimed at Fulanizing us. Instead go into farming, keep supporting Eaatern Security Network as they are equal to the task. At the right time, those of us that are so much in love in defense of our ancestral lands, your services will be fully acknowledged for defending our ancestral lands against these externals.

It is high time the Nigeria politicians start to sending their children to serve in the Zoological Republic of Nigeria Military formations by so doing joining the Nigerian Army, Navy, Air Force , Police etc, hence Nigeria is only profitable and beneficial only to them - the politicians and their children and not the ordinary masses, we must continue to desert these army of perdition and conquest.
It is a revolution strategy, we must keep on boycotting the Nigeria Military until they have no men left to fight on their behalf, then the remaining terrorists in their minute will be invaded with a bitter revolution. Do not join the Nigerian military for any purpose for the sake of your life, they are colluding with the Fulani terrorists as was made known by Gen. T.Y Danjuma. They will eventually betray you in the hands of their well armed terror groups and left to be slaughtered.

Profound regards to Biafran youths across Delta state, Rivers State, Cross River State, Bayelsa State, Edo State, Benue State, Akwa Ibom State, Abia State, Anambra State, Enugu State, Ebonyi State and Imo State for harkening to the voice of reasoning made by IPOB for vehemently refusing to join the on-going Nigeria Military recruitment exercise aimed at Fulanizing us. Instead go into farming, keep supporting Eaatern Security Network as they are equal to the task. At the right time, those of us that are so much in love in defense of our ancestral lands, your services will be fully acknowledged for defending our ancestral lands against these externals.

It is high time the Nigeria politicians start to sending their children to serve in the Zoological Republic of Nigeria Military formations by so doing joining the Nigerian Army, Navy, Air Force , Police etc, hence Nigeria is only profitable and beneficial only to them - the politicians and their children and not the ordinary masses, we must continue to desert these army of perdition and conquest.
It is a revolution strategy, we must keep on boycotting the Nigeria Military until they have no men left to fight on their behalf, then the remaining terrorists in their minute will be invaded with a bitter revolution. Do not join the Nigerian military for any purpose for the sake of your life, they are colluding with the Fulani terrorists as was made known by Gen. T.Y Danjuma. They will eventually betray you in the hands of their well armed terror groups and left to be slaughtered.
