BIAFRA: PRISONERS' OF CONSCIENCE AND THE TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE AGAINST HUMANITY IN NIGERIAN JUDICIARY

In any given state or society where it occurs or happens that prisoners of conscience exist signified that the judiciary system of that society is in jeopardy or the people are living in the tyrannical creed of a despotic ruler.

To drive the points home, this discourse is to tell discernible minds the sort of intimidations and humiliations the Nigerian Judiciary System has been subjected to ever since tyrant Mohammadu Buhari became the president of Nigeria; recall that this high headed tyrant Mohammadu Buhari through his -DSS- mandated them to kidnapped the big wigs in the Nigeria Judiciary so as to silence them.

Justice must not be sacrificed on the altar of a tyrant ruler whose major aim is to weaken the other arms of government and arrogates absolute power to himself and dictates who to imprison and who to be a freeman; this is the current situation the Nigeria state is into now under a despotic President.

Because of the fear of this man who seeks for no advice or guidance, rules Nigeria with an iron hand that has violated every tenets of a meaningful democratic state thereby transforming the Nigeria judiciary into a rubber stamp congregation where the law interpreters gather to deliver judgement according to the dictates of the tyrant in power in Abuja.

The case of Dasuki and Nnamdi kanu and his many other followers "Bright Chimezie, Benjamin Madubugwu, Chidiebere Onwudiwe and David Nwawusi" et al., who are currently imprisoned incommunicado in the Nigeria dilapidated prison is a case study; the world renowned Human Rights activists and organisations should look into this and address the issues on ground before it will nose-dive into a state of anarchy; in a country where the government does not obey court orders resulting to contempt of court order is rightfully telling her citizens to be outlaws.

It has become necessary that the law suit filed by the Nigerian government against these individuals which lacks merit to stand the test of times be brought to an abrupt end; the bogus charges against these indigenous people of Biafra activists by tyrant Mohammadu Buhari should be strike out by Justice Binta Nyako as there is no substantial evidence from the Nigeria government to keep on holding them in prison facilities.

The over-stayed incarceration of Benjamin Madubugwu, Bright Chimezie, Chidiebere Onwudiwe and David Nwawusi violates their inalienable rights to self-determination as a people; liberty of life and freedom of expressions which is embedded as the core foundation of any given civilized democratic settings is missing in Nigeria since tyrant Mohammadu Buhari becomes the Chief Justice of Nigeria in proxy and a jury in disguise.

With this so far;  we wish to inform Justice Binta Nyako that on her next court sitting, should make haste to acquit and discharge these innocent persons rotting in kuje prison or expect the unexpected from world international bodies who are going to petition her stand over these many unfounded allegations without any form of evidence to buttress that those individuals deserve the state of condition they are put into by Mohammadu Buhari.
