Three Israelis shooting a documentary in a separatist region in southeast Nigeria were arrested last week, the Foreign Ministry has confirmed.


According to Times Of Israel, Nigerian authorities arrested and interrogated the trio on suspicion that they had come into contact with ‘Biafran separatists.’



 

According to the Foreign Ministry, the Israeli Embassy in Abuja is following the case closely and is in contact with Nigerian authorities.



 

One of the Israelis arrested is Rudy Rochman, a Zionist activist with almost 95,000 followers on Instagram. Making the flight with him were filmmaker Noam Leibman and French-Israeli journalist E. David Benaym.

The Israelis were in Nigeria to film “We Were Never Lost,” a documentary exploring Jewish communities in African countries such as Kenya, Madagascar, Uganda, and Nigeria.


They took off from Ben Gurion Airport on July 5 and landed in Nigeria the next day.


According to residents, the crew was detained at a synagogue during Friday night services in the Igbo village of Ogidi by Nigeria’s secret police, the Department of State Services (DSS) and taken to Abuja.

Ogidi is the headquarters of Idemili North Local Government Area, Anambra State.

The filmmakers were aware of the political sensitivity surrounding the filming of the Igbo community. Last Thursday, the "We Were Never Lost" Facebook page stressed: “We do not take any position on political movements as we are not here as politicians nor as a part of any governmental delegations.”


Last week, the group met with Igbo leader, Eze Chukwuemeka Eri, and presented him with a framed Shiviti made in Jerusalem.



Rochman also presented another Igbo community with a Torah scroll whose cover was designed by British-Israeli street artist Solomon Souza. 


The Igbo consider themselves a lost tribe of Israel.


In January, a conflict broke out in southeastern Nigeria between Nigerian forces and the military wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) movement. The fight is ongoing.



 

A previous unilateral declaration of independence by the Igbo people in 1967 sparked a brutal 30-month civil war that left more than a million dead.


In 2018, IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu gave a radio broadcast saying he was in Israel and indicating he owed his survival to the Jewish state.


Kanu, a former London estate agent, heads IPOB and the outlawed pirate radio station Radio Biafra.


He maintains the Igbo people, who are in the majority in southeast Nigeria, are a lost tribe of Israel and it is his mission to lead them to the promised land of Biafra.


The Nigerian government, on June 21, announced Kanu’s arrest and extradition to Nigeria to continue facing trial.


He was subsequently arraigned before Binta Nyako, a Judge of Federal High Court in Abuja.




Kanu is facing charges bordering on treasonable felony instituted against him at the court in response to years of the campaign for the independent Republic of Biafra through IPOB

He was granted bail in April 2017 for health reasons but skipped bail after disregarding some of the conditions given to him by the court.

Lately, some individuals and civic groups have, in some show of support for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, indicated that they will ‘monitor’ his trial. In the same vein, some have also called for a fair trial. Fair trial of what? Illegality in high places?


While it’s commendable that Kanu has attracted such avalanche of support across the spectrum, it’s important to make it clear from the outset that there won’t be any trial to monitor. None. Nnamdi Kanu cannot be tried on the basis of this extraordinary rendition that brought him in Nigeria.


If you truly support Kanu, you don’t need to monitor his trial or ensure he gets a fair trial. What you need to do is to oppose his trial. Saying that you will monitor his trial gives the impression of bestowing legality to the illegality that brought him to Nigeria.


To better understand how Kanu ended up in Nigeria and why he won’t face trial, you need to juxtapose it to what happened to Umaru Dikko in 1984 and it’s aftermaths. Dikko’s kidnapping was, like this one of Kanu, a brazen act of attempted rendition, which is a State crime under international law and it comes with dire consequences - legal, diplomatic and political.


Though the kidnapping of Dikko failed, it brought the following consequences: Britain swiftly arrested seventeen people, four were convicted and they served between six to eight years in prison. Britain expelled the Nigerian High Commissioner and broke diplomatic relations with Nigeria for 2 years. And most tellingly, Nigeria’s subsequent requests to Britain to extradite Dikko and others were summarily denied.


All these were done even as Dikko was not a citizen of Britain but a mere resident. Conversely, Kanu is a bonafide citizen of Britain, traveling on a British passport when he was unlawfully renditioned to from Kenya. That should counter for more countervailing measures.


What this means is that, apart from answering to its conscience as a nation, Nigeria shall ultimately answer to Britain, to the international community and even to Kenya if Kenya succeeds in denying official complicity in the rendition.


A nation does not go to jail. So, when I stated that Nigeria will answer for the rendition, it means a mix of consequences, some of which are already unfolding. The easiest one to see is that Nigeria has, by her own hands, lost its jurisdiction to subject Kanu to trial. In sporting terms, you can say that Nigeria scored an own goal.


How that own goal was scored and its fallouts is a complex legal subject that will certainly be ventilated in court and within the diplomatic circles to which Nigeria is subject. But one thing that is clear is this: No valid prosecutorial or judicial action can proceed from such a manifestly criminal conduct by a State.


So, when you say you will be monitoring Kanu’s trial or that you want a fair trial for him, you are unwittingly buying into a grievous crime that should shock your conscience. Put another way, you will be making yourself complicit in what was done to Kanu or as lawyers would say: you’re making yourself an accessory after the fact.


Conversely, it would be a great thing to say that you will monitor the trial if Kanu’s presence in Nigeria was compliant with due process. That due is nothing but what is generally known as extradition.


Extradition is the only valid means of surrendering an international fugitive from one country to the other. That’s why Nigeria was punished for daring to kidnap Dikko. There’s no reason to think that Kanu’s case will be different.


Nigeria has an extradition statute which is known as the Extradition Act. Kenya has a similar law but with slightly different name. Britain has its own. All three are, in substance, very similar and strict to boot.


What I can tell you for now, assuming you don’t know it already is that Kanu’s rendition will live in infamy because it violated the extradition law of Kenya (the country of abduction), Britain (the country of domicile and citizenship) and even Nigeria (the country of destination).


If you add other municipal and international laws, conventions and protocols to which Nigeria is subject but chose to break just to bring Kanu to Nigeria, you begin to see why you must oppose his trial instead of monitoring it.

Biafra: Nigeria The Longer It Exists The Darker It Becomes

Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's critics, detractors have you ever cared to ask yourself why Nigeria is getting worst day by day with her being at war with herself?. Why is she not at peace with herself since her creation by the British gods; since Nigeria was created all we hear is let's pray together that one day "Nigeria will be great"  the evil establishers of this fraud called Nigeria told your great grand fathers that Nigeria will get better some day but that is the opposite of what we are seeing on daily basis without any form of help to remedy her from the spoils of gluttonous octogenarians as rulers with iron fist on her innocent citizens.

Our great grand fathers were made to believed this concocted lies of the British colonists that unity in diversity lies the strength of a Nation and they passed the same lies to our fathers which they are trying heavily to pass unto us before they will die, it's unfortunate that our fathers believed also in this lies, in their anguish of mind but unwilling to voice out kept on suffering and hoping that someday an unimaginable transformation will visit Nigeria, they are struggling very hard to pass this false narratives, this same lie to you now,, what a misguided people toyed with their sense of discernment.

Now that we have become of age and have faced what is before us, do we still believe that this fraud called Nigeria will still be better?. First the Nigerian people are quite different from each other going by the basis of what forms or build a Nation, their cultural values are different, societal build up are different, system of government or administration amongst the divergent three major ethnic blocks that constitute to what is today known as Nigeria are also different, their foods and modes of foods are different then what is that unseemly seen suitable cord that makes Nigeria to be one?. Know when one is lying to you and when you are being told the truth.

For over sixty [60] years now Nigeria got her flag Independence without decolonization from the British crown following her 1914 amalgamation that took place by the enforcement of the British crown where the South of what the British crown called Nigeria was with evil intent married off to the North to be a submissive servant slave of the Sokoto caliphate. Nigeria is not getting any better, and who will make it better when the people are not one people irrespective of the false tales by the agents of imperialists neo-colonialists in the shores of Africa existing as heads of states. How will it get better?. When will it get better? These are questions asked many years ago without any form of answers and still some ignorant folks who still believe in Nigeria are still asking these questions without an answer too but in the end they will sheepishly tell you let's move forward and to where is the forward we are moving to.

In Nigeria today so many people wish to go back to the past years when the cost of living were still affordable, which depicts that  Nigeria has no future and she is not getting any better for those that say let's move forward. Why will people of a particular country wish for that phrase? Is the future not bright anymore? What made them believe that the past is better than the present state of Nigeria?. Have you ever asked yourself how will your children cope in a society where the past is better than the present?. That is the case of Nigeria today.

The truth is this, Nigeria will never get better because the cause of the problem is Nigeria, how can you bring together many nations and join them together as one? Have you ever tried charging an iPhone phone with an Android charger? Definitely it won't work!
Then why do you think that an Igbo man who has a different reasoning from a Fulani man, Hausa man and Yoruba man can be together in peace when they all feel superior in their own cultural beliefs, and societal build ups couple with religious ideology which is considered supreme in all facets of life.

The best solution to stop this hazardous, chaotic establishment made by European British crown colonists - Sir Frederick Lugard and Dame Flora Louise Shaw, is to go our separate ways and live according to our societal cultural norms and believe.
Truth be told, without fear nor favour, now in Nigeria sane people are acknowledging the fact that the years past is better than the present state of Nigeria even those that occupy government houses and offices also subscribe to this undisputed facts with reasoning then why do the animalistic government of Nigeria always bundle the Nigerian Military out to keep feast on the blood of Nigerians if the center can not hold on bettering the lives of her citizens.  So why are you still believing the lies that was told to your great grand fathers, to your fathers and now to you?. Think future beings for your common goals and well being.

It is very visibly apparent when the sun rises, the world becomes visible; the compromised global mainstream media extensively exceeded their horizons by not allowing the rule of law takes preeminence in order to ascertain the outcome of US electoral fraud before they hastily rushed to their various news editorials emasculated the collective will of the American people at the Electoral College. 


The decisive decisions by Americans to choose her preferable Presidential candidate was prematurely thwarted by mainstream media contrary from the assigned bodies in charge of collating and taking records of election results. It was much more appalling in the US electoral history that a candidate emerged or was projected as President elect by the leftist media outlets without the acknowledgement and confirmation by the General Services Administration (GSA), to prove underground global conspiracy even some social media platform(s) like Facebook et al., on their own played a hoodwinking game having suppressed peoples posts they find wanting against US election fraud by opposition party - the Democrats. In all indications, the polar Islamic furiousness to install former US Vice President, Joe Biden vindicated every bit of certainty that the Democrats are corrupt ingrained just as compromised as Mrs. Hillary Clinton and Mr. Barrack Hussein Obama respectively. 


Ballot audits or software audits that expose legal votes permitted and illegal votes discarded trapped down the election fraud culprit, a Political Director for the Joe Biden Presidential campaign manager - Mr. Dallas Jones was arrested for electoral fraud by FBI. Barely 24 hours the arrest was made Washington, DC-Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton issued a statement in line with the US constitution that “Joe Biden is not the US President elect”, Mr. Tom Fitton charged President Donald Trump to use every available legal and constitutional means to ensure that the election results can be trusted by the American people other than allowing chaos and increased risk of fraud from recklessly mailing 100 million ballots and ballot applications, making it impossible presidential contest not to be decided on Election Day contrary from Federal Law as written in US Code S 1 States in black and white. 


Inconsequential political tricks by Barrack Hussein Obama, asking President Donald Trump to concede defeat in a hurry showed definitely, that the electoral fraud committed by Joe Biden camp shall fry democrats alive in a court of law as President Donald Trump is not backing down on his law suit against this open fraud to rig him out of office. Clearly, election maneuvered by shifting of millions of votes from President Donald Trump to Democrats candidate - Mr. Joe Biden, used software switched as exposed by President Donald J. Trump’s lawyer - Mr. Sydney Powell after a whistleblower came forward and said the elections software was designed to rig elections- says Sydney Powell. 


Perhaps, terrorist ingrain nations and its foreign actors around the world queued in to push President Donald Trump out of office illegally but met their end immediately Donald Trump claimed that he won the election which became a game over for them. Although, before then, President Donald Trump had made it clear that electoral fraud outcome shall be officially forwarded this week with evidences beyond reasonable doubt to the appropriate quarters within the US election tribunal. President Donald Trump’s doggedness to stand for vulnerable races against wicked world polar dynasty controlled by agent of darkness made corrupt world system hates him with every drop of their blood. 


The imperial world cluster powers sees President Donald Trump’s unilateral decisions without consultation as threats, and in most cases, this frightened corrupt and human rights abused world leaders to have second thought by trying so hard using this current electoral fraud results to extricate him from international politics. The Israel/Palestine dichotomous West Bank and Gaza boundary dispute, United Nations General Assembly UNGA Islamic kitchen in guise of pretence considered a two states solution courtesy of International Criminal Court of Justice (ICJ) referred to West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as the occupied Palestinian Territory as the term was used as the legal definition by the ICJ in the ruling in July 2004.


This criminality pronouncement by the United Nations and her sister department - International Criminal Court of Justice, was effectively quashed by President Donald Trump’s administration which recognized Jerusalem as a Israeli capital in Dec 6th 2017. The United Nations Security Council was handicapped with the decision without their consent and approval. Same way, President Donald Trump stopped Bill Gates ID 2020 compulsory micro chips so shall his executive order scuttled the killings of innocent lives especially in Africa against bad Africa leaders are among the reasons world leaders are running crazy to kick him out of the office by using fake media outlets to accomplish their aims. The toothless barking Nigerian Presidency were quick to congratulate Joe Biden on fake media assumption as the US President elect, nothing good can be done in a backward country like Nigeria with an imposter, with President Donald Trump regaining his mandate, the giant electoral fraud can be cured and a stop to it from repeating itself.
