It sounds funny that after the Northern Elders group in Kano sued the Nigerian National Assembly and the Attorney General of the Nigeria Federation over Biafra emancipation struggle with pleas that referendum must be granted for Biafra to exit Nigeria peacefully, the Kano state governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje came up with his personal dialogue mantra that had been repeatedly heard from people that came before him yet it yielded nothing positive but rather bred rancour and malice amongst the ethnic lines that constitute Nigeria.Isn't it funny that the Fulani controlled federal government of Nigeria is aiding and abating the continuation and incessant slaughtering of Ndi Igbo by the marauding Fulani killer herdsmen and security agents.

Let no one be deceived, the governor of Kano state is calling for a dialogue amidst of Biafrans killings by Fulani herdsmen. Recent killings in Enugu and Ebonyi state respectively by the marauding Fulani herdsmen could be say to has been successful due to Biafra nationalist leader is behind the bar. To the extent that the killers vowed to continue till Mazi Nnamdi Kanu stops agitating for Biafra. Worst of it all, it was reportedly to have said that police declined to release the dead bodies to family victims until the affected communities sign a memo to tender their indigenous land to Fulani herders for ranching, Biafra Reports learnt.

It would have been more reasonable had the governor call for an end for Fulani marauders to stop the extermination of the indigenous people in Nigeria before laying emphasizes on dialogue with separatist groups. The dialogue call made by the governor is the same as Hisbah police set up by Kano government to destroy crates of beers in the state but go behind the back collecting Value Added Tax - VAT on beverages and alcoholic drinks to which beer is included. Fulani oligarchical tricks have gone beyond complicity to hypocritical. Is good to call for dialogue, it's also good to bring Fulani killers to book. Dialogue without justice is inconsequential and incomplete. On the other way round, it's ridiculous for a seating governor to arm the killer herdsmen at night and come out in the day time calling for dialogue.

Only a barbaric government can condole it. Perhaps, how is it possible in spite of the daily killings by Fulani herders no single culprit is facing trial? Nigeria armed forces can arrest unknown gunmen but cannot arrest known Fulani killers. This is one of the bordering issues that is astonishing. The rationale behind Fulani hypocrisy is unimaginable. Before then, Fulani played the card perfectly, every sensitive position is filled up with their people. No single sensitive position without Fulani at the top. As far as terrorist Muhammadu Buhari is concerned federal character is non of his business. Yet, some are seeing nothing wrong with it, hence carrying another person's deceased body for burial it looks like bunch of fire wood.

Something must be wrong some where or the government is hiding something from the masses. Which ever way, what Nigerians must understand is, a call for disintegration through public opinion is political opinion. And a call for referendum is not a call for war. Both Sunday Igboho and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu committed no crime known to law. Muhammadu  Buhari's prosecutor knew the government has lost the argument in any competent court. Ordinarily, intra state kidnap, extraordinary rendition or force transfer of foreign national without due legal process is a heinous crime committed by Nigerian government more than the charges against Biafra nationalist leader.

Attorney General of Federal, Abubakar Malami can maintain due process on Abba Kyari's extradition to US for interrogation by Federal Bureau for Investigation but Mazi Nnamdi Kanu can automatically be extradited from Kenyan to Nigeria without the same due process. While following how things unfold in Nigeria system, equity and justice is too far from Nigeria, such inequality in a system is a enough reason for agitation for separate state. Instead of fairness to all component units, Fulani comfortably turns it to government of Fulani by the Fulani and for the Fulani. Any Nigerian without Fulani heritage is been written off for dehumanization. Kano state governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, is blind to see or speak against it, because of what he gains from Nigeria indivisibility.

Whatever it takes to sustain Nigeria, even if it calls for Fulani warrant chiefs serving as Igbo leaders in ala Igbo to spill the blood of their people for hallucinate Nigeria's sustainability, Kano state governor will compel them to do so for submission, seems no reasonable person will like to vote for Nigeria during plebiscite. Assuming Nigeria is practicing democracy as they claimed, some group of individuals uncomfortable with the system call for separation of state, is never a crime. It's their political view and it must be respected. Political opinion is legitimate in every democratic dispensation whether it's convenient to the government or not, instead it calls for public opinion through electoral college. This has been the procedure for democracy, public opinion through plebiscite remains the democratic approach for dialogue not deceptive subtlety dialogue.

Those Fulani militias killing innocent because of agitation for separate states should be arrested and tried according to the law not the other way round. It doesn't make sense peaceful activists are languishing in prison yards while killer herdsmen are having a field day. It doesn't augur well with the ethics of democracy and any reasonable government. Dialogue has procedure, with terms and conditions attached to it. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje called for dialogue from the backyard is questionable. Genuine dialogue comes from the heart not on the teeth like that of Kano state governor.

It is impossible to call for dialogue when Biafra nationalist leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is in DSS dungeon, it doesn't work anywhere. Should Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is genuinely calling for round table conversation, appropriate steps must be taken into consideration. Unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be a first step and a priority likewise halting Fulani killer herdsmen. Infact, Nigeria is not yet ready for peace talk, action speaks louder than the voice, what Ganduje is playing is the usual Fulani political game, normaly, if Fulani can reject restructuring it is impossible for any polical leaders from Fulani extraction to call for genuine dialogue.
