Biafra: Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor Not A Member Of The Indigenous People Of Biafra Rather IPOB Contracted Legal Counsel

Biafra Reporters wish to correct the impression as erroneously being in the mill that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor is a member of the Indigenous People of Biafra; what Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor got to do with IPOB as a body is what he was contracted to do for IPOB as a body in all legal matters as a Barrister at law. In law, an accused person[s], Individual[s] is/are allowed to contract the services of a lawyer for defending mechanisms and purpose of intent until proven guilty of the charges in motion against such a person[s], that had the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra done by contracting Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor to represent the Indigenous People of Biafra in all capacity of the laws within and outside the confines of the Nigerian State.

The lies as been fabricated by Aso-Rock Fulani Cabals and tyrant Mohammadu Buhari which his government is milling secretly that Biafra Reporters bursted is that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor is a member of the Nigerian government proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra hence calls for the government attacks and subsequent invasion of his home that left four persons dead, others with varrying degrees of bullet wounds while houses were burnt down within Ejiofor's neighborhood and that of his and host of other of his siblings and relations.

Going by the legal definition of the term "contract" defines the term contract as dealing with laws and jurisdictions related to hiring the services of a legal practitioner to work and defend you in all legal matters within the circles and ambit of the laws of the federation, so we are forced to ask the tyrannical government of Mohammadu Buhari what has defending Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor represents got to do with trailing on Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor's life?.

Do tyrant Mohammadu Buhari and his security operatives wild lapdogs know that Mohammadu Buhari can't be the prosecutor, the accused and at same time the juror to whatever claims the government might hold dear until a third party is involved to which is the Judiciary in order to examine the weight of the the matter or charges been peddled and adumbrate on the matter which is solely left for those in the temple of Justice to decide using the rightful tools of discernment of purpose to pass out and effect rulings.

In law the right to contracting a legal counsel is a necessary corollary to the presumption of innocence. The Judiciary are being considered as ministers in the temple of Justice which has the final mandate to interpret the laws and pass out judgement not the Executive as tyrant Mohammadu Buhari is using DSS, NPF and Nigerian Military to cower the laws thereby trampling on the sacred rights of the Judiciary that automatically disqualify and expel him from office for having violated the constitution he is to uphold.

Tyrant Mohammadu Buhari and his DSS henchmen should also make to know that no lawyer in any capacity should be intimidated for carrying out his or her professional duty on behalf of a client as contracted, even if that client is accused of being the Devil as Mohammadu Buhari maliciously tagged the Indigenous People of Biafra a terrorist organization without any substantiating facts to buttress his claims rather than dwelling on his hatred for teeming Igbo-Biafra population.

The Nigerian Police as contained in the Police Act Section 4 of Cap P19, LFN 2004, are granted powers to prosecute crimes and not to unlawful prosecute innocent sympathizers and well wishers that came to mourn with Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor in his hometown of Oraifite in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State then turning around to make belief and stage managed that the Police were attacked and two Police men burnt alive is not only laughable but cannot stand within the tenets of law. Biafra Reporters request that the names, call up numbers, village and towns of the Police officers killed as falsely claimed by the Police be made open for further and public investigation so as to expose their criminality the more.

Biafra Reporters further demands to know which Nigerian Chief Justice in the Chambers of Justice that has declared through the prouncement of the Court that he - Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor is a man wanton in character and also a member of the Indigenous People of Biafra if not for the legal duty that IPOB contracted him to do for her survival in the face of a bloody tyrant; it is assumed that every Nigerian enjoys the presumption of innocence unless and until a contrary pronouncement is made by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Same as Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor's ill befallen fate same as Omoyele Sowore a Sahara Reporters Journalist that was brazenly and forcefully taken, whisked away from a sitting court of competent Jurisdiction thereby forestalled the law court process, the unwanted interfere of the DSS sacked the presiding Judge from commencing hearing cum trial of the matter before her law court, the uncultured fully baked Buhari's wild monkeys and baboons - the DSS at tyrant Mohammadu Buhari's behest invaded the court room of Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu thereby throwing the country into a State of anarchy, it has become imperative that Biafra Reporters say that no one is safe in dictator Mohammadu Buhari's Nigeria and thereafter call for the dissolution of Nigeria through referendum because even lawyers and judges are not safe to dispense Justice.What a show of shame to world leaders.
