Let me quote Bayo Oluwasanmi”Don't take Yoruba leniency as being a pushover. We'll always give someone the benefit of the doubt, just because it's our nature. But when you keep pushing us down, questioning our opinions, making it seem like we don’t know what we're talking about, and that we don't know what we're doing, and make sly insults, do you expect us to simply roll over? Don't take our kindness, humbleness, silliness, quietness, and leniency as a means for you to diminish us as a group.Because if you have the urge to tear us down, and seem more superior than us, get mad for advocating the Oduduwa Republic, and try to make us feel dumb, then henceforth you really don't deserve any of these characteristics in us where Ndigbos live in Yoruba land.Honestly, if you take advantage of our hearts, but refuse to accept our inalienable right to self-determination as a people, you really deserved to be treated as ingrates”
I am satisfied to writing this compelling rejoinder and my aim is to set the record straight; I wouldn’t want to give the articles by these two esteemed writers publicity because it is uncalled for. We share different opinions and constructively criticize each article; there is always an urge to prove superior argument and that makes the game complete and healthy.In the process of countering/criticizing; one may as well lose to emotions and use of negative words is justified hence the characteristics painted reflect the negative term used.Like in the rejoinder to Churchill Okonkwo by Bayo Oluwasanmi, Church deserved to be qualified with the word “ingrate”.
The above quote was the exact words of Bayo Oluwasanmi; he directly responded to an article by Churchill Okonkwo who made an effort to rubbish Yoruba people. Okonkwo in his article posited that Biafra will conquer Oduduwa and bring her back to slavery. In that sense; Okonkwo strategically tried to discourage Yoruba people from the agitation for Oduduwa nation.What is the need of agitating to come out of Nigerian slavery Yoruba people afford one plate of food when that would amount to jumping into another slavery they can’t be able to afford even half plate?
Isn’t that the message conveyed in that ‘ingrate” article?

That is my concern and that
is why this rejoinder became a necessity. It is disappointing that Bayo could
reply such trash coming from a hermit but nonetheless; when a child is left to
a thing; he gets accustomed to it and finds it hard to forfeit, but when the
child is rebuked, he takes correction and know an elder is at home. Churchill
Okonkwo constitutes articulated nuisance since I knew him- a poorly trained
journalist.
I don’t see the
professionalism in forcing an opinion you don’t have enough points or
buttressing argument. Churchill Okonkwo presents himself as the defender of
Lord Lugard’s creation but one without shield or fire power.
Bayo failed woefully the time he picked up his pen to reply Okonkwo who is a stranger to Ndigbo and a black sheep to the people of Biafra.

Okonkwo is under contract
with the Nigerian establishment; to hold the bloodsucking country together at
the detriment of the masses. It is strange that Churchill Okonkwo has not
terminated his contract because the more he does the dirty job is the more
people gather against the state. The target of the article against Yoruba race
was simply to plant seed of discord among the proponents of self determination
on both sides. Bayo should have known better that Biafrans respect and honor
their hosts; it is our culture and not a choice

that without Hausa/Fulani in Nigeria; Yorubas and Biafrans would co-exist in
peace and understanding. Why are Biafrans opting out of Nigeria; is it not
because of the religious bigots, murderers, power mongers, devils from the pit
of hell called Hausa/Fulani? They refuse to go to school but embraced Sharia;
same Sharia that designed death for infidels like us.Churchill Okonkwo is the
messenger of Muhammad; he is here to do the job of the Northern oligarchy and
must be neglected by Bayo.
The people of Biafra respect courageous Yorubas; Femi-Fani Kayode, Fayose and even during the time of Ojukwu; Awo shared a good relationship with Ojukwu before quest for political power brought about the betrayal that brought us to this point. Nigeria could have ended had Awo sincerely respected Ojukwu’s accord with him. The Northern Oligarchy took advantage of that and we are all here today singing the same song of slavery.We are different today and every man to his tent but that does not take away the fact that Yoruba race with mixed religion and education; we understand ourselves and reason like civilized people unlike the barbarians from the heart of Sahara desert.

Biafra land is enough for the people of Biafra and each nation shall work to build her infrastructures and one begins to wonder why Biafra will invade Yoruba land or nurse conquest. Lagos come down to Nnewi to buy machine parts and that is how it would be when we might have all gone back to our fatherland’. We will have a better diplomatic relationship that will enhance development in Africa and come to the aid of each other as good neighbors. Oduduwa will be a strong nation as well as Biafra because they have civilization advantage over Arewa. Bayo can take a sip of cold water or rather face the managers of this Usman Danfodio’s estate; as for what Okonkwo wrote about Oduduwa, it is a ploy to collide two friendly heads.
When Biafra is restored; anybody is free to live anywhere hence he can afford the tax, why will a Biafran seek conquest when he has everything in Biafra? There is nothing lacking in this land of milk and honey; what on earth can push a Biafran to conquest? The answer is clear and this should calm nerves over Musa Okonkwo’s piece of trash.
