BIAFRA: THE NIGERIAN ARMY'S LITANY OF NAKED DENIALS - THE CASE OF A CORPORATE ILLITERATE MILITARY BODY EXPOSED

The watery report credited to the Nigerian army had exonerated the leadership of the Indigenous people of Biafra over their refusal to join suit with the Nigerian Army to get Justice for her slain members in the hands of the ever-brutal Nigerian Army.
The kangaroo panel executed by the Nigerian Army Special Board of Inquiry was simply unprofessional, undemocratic and lacks the ethics of natural justice; this panel was constituted on the 8th of March 2017 by the blood-thirst Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Yusuf Tukur Burutai to conduct an investigation over the grave allegations and gross human rights abuses meted on the members of the Indigenous people of Biafra and Shiite Muslims.
It is laughable that in the so called report that the Nigerian Army vindicated self when it is in the knowledge of every body that the members of Shi'ite Muslims were killed under the very eyes of this draconian Army head; his reasons was he alleged that their demonstration was to block and bomb his convoy. Then how on earth the report exonerated the culprits.
The Nigeria Military in her suspicious, uncouth and dubious manner was very quick to cooked-up a retarded report and fed to the world through their remote-control media houses to which has ridiculed the Nigerian Army as always being jittery, panicky and undemocratic in dealing with facts and figures that has to do with accuracy in any of her report.
Figuratively the Nigerian Army are unprofessional and unprincipled by using rule of engagement against the defenceless and unarmed members of the Indigenous people of Biafra; it was sighted that there was violent crackdowns on the followers of Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB.
Constructively Amnesty Int'l a world renowned human rights watch dog and her sister affiliates in their reports on the 12th of March 2017 where it contained that there was gross violation of human rights perpetrated by the Nigerian Army under the sole command of Mohammadu Buhari and his Chief of Army Staff Lt.Gen. Yusuf Tukur Burutai. In one of their reports were titled "Chilling Killing" with a hash tag on #StopBiafraKilling. In another was titled " Welcome to Bleeding Republic of Nigeria: Land flowing with Blood and Tears.
With these information fed to the world on what was and is still on-going in Nigeria led by Rtd. Major General Mohammadu Buhari and his Military apparatus put the Nigeria Government under check and cross examination by other world democratically Governments. It is keenly observed that the reports by Amnesty Int'l indicting the Nigeria Government and her Military wing forced the Nigeria Government and her Army to desperately look for an escape route of hiring rented crowds to demonstrate and showcased their cowardice coupled with stupidity before the world against Amnesty International.
Diplomatically as a result of this report by Amnesty International; there are serious concerns by sane minds why this evil is been perfected and supported by a Government in power over her citizens he ought to protect as his constitutional right, this has led to so many factors of debates leading to the total stoppage and suspension of sale of war armaments to the Nigeria Government when it is in the known that the United States of America invoked the Leah's law that prohibited their Government under Barack Obama to refrain from selling arms to tyrant Mohammadu Buhari.
Nigeria Government and her Army being perceived as experts in policy of falsehood and smear campaigns has resorted to attack Amnesty International and other relevant human rights organizations so as to help them unban the issuance of travel visas to her Army personnels by the US and UK. In so doing the Nigerian Government and her Army has procured some conformist writers and bloggers to further help them demonize and rubbish the Amnesty International findings against them.
The Army concluded its cooked-up report which was submitted on the 31st day of May 2017 and later released same report on the 15th day of June 2017; we make bold to state that the report credited to the Nigerian Army is incoherent and found within the purview of inconsistency with respect to fundamental principle of natural justice [Memo judex in causa and Audi alterem] which simply signify that no one is to be a judge in his own case and hear both parties to which in a clear term renders the Nigerian Army's report useless, null and void.
The Nigerian Army cooked-up report is to distort the high level profiled, documented process of human rights abuses and the evidences against them; it was done in a deliberate manner to absolved itself of any operational culpability of killing IPOB self-determination activists. Since the Nigerian Army is living in total denial of her atrocious acts we wish to update them with dates, names of the various towns where all these crimes against humanity took place.
1). On 30th August 2015 at Awka - Onitsha in Anambra State, Igweocha Rivers State, Asaba in Delta State. were members of the Indigenous people of Biafra killed in their numbers.
2). On the 2nd &17th December 2015 IPOB members were killed in Onitsha Head bridge - Upper Iweka and environs.
3). On 18th & 29th January, 9th February 2016 IPOB members were killed in Aba and it's surroundings.
4). On 29th - 30th May 2016 IPOB members were killed at Nkpor - Onitsha in Anambra State, Asaba in Delta State and it's surroundings.
5). On 20th January 2017 IPOB members were killed in Igweocha River State.
At our disposal we have pictorial and other necessary documents with verification which indicted the Nigerian Government and her Army as the sole culprits to these heinous crimes against humanity; it is crystal clear that the watery report by the Nigerian Army is to erase the identities of those killed by physical torture, stray and direct bullets stationed for the aim of killing the members of the Indigenous people of Biafra.
It is also on record that after some days when it is perceived that rigor mortis had set-in on the slain dead bodies thereby causing stench odour coming out disturbing the bodies heaped at Aba-Port Harcourt road the Nigerian Army went and set them ablaze to help reduce the smell. There are series of other human rights violations that went unreported and undocumented till date as a result of fear instilled in those affected caused by the ever-brutal Nigeria Army.
The Nigerian Army and Willie Obiano must account to us in due time what happened to the missing IPOB members till date and where the intentionally buried them at a burrow located in 302 Artillery Regiment and 82 Division of same State in-veiw; Lt. Col. Kasim Umar Sidi of 144 Battalion at Ukwa Ngwa and 14th Brigade of the Nigerian Army at Ohafia Abia State explain to us what happened to the bodies they set ablaze on 1st of March 2016 to keep a clean slate.
It is regrettable that the Nigerian Army is not remorseful and apologetic in her frustrated movement to erase traceable evidences of her culpability in the maiming and killing of the members of Indigenous people of Biafra; all in a bid to facilitate a criminal offensive escape from International Criminal Court of Justice. Their latest move now is to lobby their faithful loyalists to play the ostrich so as to unban to run away with blood in their hands.
