BIAFRA: [BREAKING]: POLICE DEMANDS N500 BRIBE FROM ARRESTED BIAFRAN ACTIVISTS IN EBONYI STATE

Biafrans evangelizing for the restoration of Biafra
Recall that yesterday, the Nigeria police arrested scores of Indigenous People of Biafra in Ebonyi state who were on evangelism for the forthcoming Biafran Heroes Remembrance which is slated for May 30th. While on this evangelism, these groups of Biafrans were confronted by the police who opened fire on them resulting in deaths, injury and arrest. Bodies of those killed were carted away by the police and those arrested were taken to detention centers.

Over 40 arrested Biafrans have been forced to starve as those who went to visit them were not allowed to see or give them food except a bribe of N500 is given to the policemen on duty. Even as the police have contravened the law by keeping the arrested men detained for more than 24 hours without charging them to court, the detained Biafrans were forcefully starved as every effort to feed them were blocked by the policemen on duty.

Also, Amnesty International has indicted the Nigeria security forces for extra-judicial killings and violence against the people of Biafra. The International human right watch dog has demanded for an independent inquiry which the Nigeria government has flagrantly ignored. The Abuja High Court has declared that the Indigenous People of Biafra are lawful people but this declaration is continually been contravened by the Nigeria security forces, as they have continued to kill, injure and arrest peaceful Biafrans.
