BIAFRA: A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT OVER THE UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS WITH NO EXHIBIT AGAINST BIAFRANS

This is a comprehensive report of the court proceedings of 31/01/2017 over the unfounded allegations levelled against the members of the indigenous people of Biafra who were illegally kidnapped by the Nigerian security operatives and thereafter arraigned in court with charges that bothers on attempting to commit murder.
It is based on this false allegations foisted on these innocent self determination activists that prompted this report to bring to the world the true events as they occured and to know the persons involved or marked as targeted individuals to be eliminated. The Nigerian security operatives should tell the world what the affected persons who they accused as proclaimed; and why it necessary to arraign them in a court of law with unfounded allegations.
Hints; The case proceedings of the seven members of the indigenous people of Biafra who were illegally kidnapped and later remanded in Ogwashi-Ukwu prison, Delta State Biafra land on the 30th of May 2016, during the annual remembrance day of our fallen heroes at Nkpor Anambra province of Biafra land. On that day, Nigerian security operatives shot and killed many Biafrans and passersby who were observing this function; scores of injured persons was recorded on the IPOB side without violating any law; many were trailed and kidnapped by Buhari's armed men while some were arrested in the open and were kept in different police custody and military torture confinements for exercising their collective rights to freedom of association and assembly.
These accused individuals were among the members of the Indigenous People of Biafra that gathered together to honour their fallen heroes and heroines who died in the genocidal war perfected by the British government and tagged Biafra-Nigeria civil war that happened between 1967-1970.
The case which was filed on the 10th of June 2016, after several court hearing without a positive outcome was today (31/01/2017) heard by the sitting judge, the IPOB members arrested were levelled on two count charges that borders on:
1. An attempt to commit murderer.
2. Belonging to an unlawful society which the lawyer to the accused kicked against; that his clients are not guilty of those unfounded allegations without exhibits to show or prove that his clients wanted to commence or carry out those unfounded allegations; but rather, that his clients were exercising their right to freedom of association, freedom of Assembly and were not found with incriminating items.
Hitherto; after the accused persons' lawyer objected against these charges, application for the hearing of bail terms was filed by the counsel to the accused persons; but due to inconsistency in the Nigeria judiciary system as a result of corruption, the judge in-charge rolled in delay tactics leading to court adjournment as a result of the law court incompetency. The case was adjourned for further hearing on the 10th of February 2017.
