It has come to our notice, to our knowledge and understanding over events and factors of shenanigans going on in your court room so far in the name of presiding and adjudications as we are keen on you  as to underline your interest - Justice James Kolawole Omotosho of the Abuja Federal High Court. What are the rigmaroles for ? so far in your court room. Biafra Reporters are taking cognizance of your many teleguided hobnobbing secret moves, activities with the executive arm of the government leading to your many judicial misconducts with the case at your disposal involving the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

It seems like you were nicely bought and brought over to handle this case with subliminally testing the faith of our people and our resolve and to the wider family members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), world wide and the decisions you are likely going to come up with as your legal verdict or pronouncements. It is viewed that your legal decisions on this matter before you will be one not legally binding nor rooted-in, firmed and framed within the orbit of the law as enshrined in the manual book which is the constitution you are relying upon to make your legal declarations.

No matter how you try to create a sense of serene stage manage public hearings on this case, we have noted the deceptions in-between engrossed in your mannerisms while handling this case and we wish to state here without mincing words that you are not being impartial to this heavy legal matter before your court and mind you - Justice James Omotosho that the long arm of the law will expose you and your rusty dealings in no distant time since you want and have decided in your mind to play the ostrich in this legal matter before you. Duty bound that as a legal justice cum judge that you ought to have noted down the unpleasant realities surrounding the case you are handling.

Justice James Omotosho you should know that before you start to adjudicating on this case, that it requires mental alertness, mental toughness, strong willed and sound minded devoid of covert and overt bias strings without prejudice strokes attached there-in but from the look of things since you started presiding over this case there has been lots of legal irregularities which makes it illegal and conflict of interest from your stool as a judge depicting that you solely came out for one mission; and that mission is to see to the jailing of an innocent man who refuses to bend nor compromise his stand on the quest for Biafra self-determination ideology which nature and annals will place your names and legal accounts in a trash-bin forever.

Justice James Omotosho please tell us the family members of the Indigenous People of Biafra and the wider public if you're not aware or you're having loss of memory on how all the government prosecutor agents masked as witnesses testified before your sight and hearing, before the accused and before a wider audience that there was no instruments of terrorism found on our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu yet you want to continue with trials after the no case submission, a motion moved by IPOB legal counsels, you turned the motion down by asking our leader to open up his defense team and secondly you're aware that there were no iota of prima facie established before your court room. Isn't it irony to you ?.

Justice James Omotosho please what are repealed laws in a legal term coming from your profession as a legal luminary at the bench and to a layman's definition of it ?. and why are you so much interested in exhuming the carcasses of a dead and repealed law over our leader's case with the federal government of Nigeria If you're not happy doing the biddings of the executive arm of the government.

What are the foundational legal basis for your commencement of trial on this case ?. Is your trial one base on the doctrine of the last seen? You know how the government sent the Nigeria Army and they invaded Kanu's home in Afra Ukwu Ibeku Umuahia and his forceful disappearance. Is it one base on extra ordinary rendition as the government went and kidnapped him in Kenya in a foreign soil or is it one base on trump up terrorism charges already been discharged and acquitted by the Court of Appeal and you choose to act otherwise because the state actors forbids to hear the name Biafra ?. Justice here is not acting as a watchdog rather what we're seeing is justice acting as a lapdog of the executive interest first.

Health is paramount to life and the absence of good health which is life itself, is death and; only a healthy person can face trial and not a dead person who cannot say anything for himself again because the will power of life and to speak is no longer available there but you - Justice James Omotosho choose to experiment with the life of our leader knowing fully well that Nigeria hospitals are moribund in nature, an extension of the morgues lagging behind in Health care sector index and indices with dilapidated and outdated medical and surgeons facilities.

Justice James Omotosho - you can choose to play tribal politics with Nigeria government because of #Emilokan's Presidency and President is from your Yoruba Western region all you wanted but not with the life of our leader who is in dare need of medical attention urgently; subjecting him to medical examination where the results will be doctored and, without granting to him bail on medical health grounds for proper treatments is absolute barbaric and uncultured of a judge. We hope you know the consequences of your actions.

Justice James Omotosho should come to enlightenment that judicial misconducts breaks down the very fibre of what is necessary for a functional judiciary. Citizens who believes that judges must be fair and impartial will start questioning the presence of impropriety amongst judges in the judiciary and it will become a subject of discourse made in mockery. Justice James Omotosho should know that the judiciary cannot exist without the trust and confidence of the people and not one made on opinion of a few individuals who found themselves at the corridor's of power. Justice James Omotosho must, therefore, be accountable to his legal and ethical discretions concerning this case.

Justice James Omotosho should know that his discretionary measures in this case will either increase or deplete public confidence in the judiciary and surcharge to holding him accountable for his behaviours, judicial conducts and misconducts, and a review must be performed on him  without invading the independence of judicial decision-makings on his person.

Complaints of ethical misconducts observed so far include improper demeanour or body posture of calling our leader - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, my brother when he has an inner and ulterior motive to jail him without any evidence established in his court room and you're just acting according to the dictates of the Federal government of Nigeria as to bend the law to their favour irrespective of the government being the aggressor, and the antagonist here; failure to properly disqualify self when the judge has a conflict of interest as to regard to how Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was brought back into the country and forced to face inconclusive trials from the DSS gulag without restoring his bail; and how Justice James Omotosho is happily engaging self in the black market ex-parte court order's communication of late Justice Abdul Kafarati of the Abuja Federal High Court that designated the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), a terrorist organization against the profound court rulings made by Justice Binta Nyako that certified the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), a legal and lawful society, with this notion it is wise to say that failure to execute his judicial duties in a timely fashion without unnecessary adjournments bringing the case to a total conclusion is suspicious.

Our stand long before now is that self determination is not a crime anywhere in the world or in any known law to humanity and our call for that should not be misconstrued for terrorism charges where such doesn't exist, it is our absolute right to demand for referendum and that we must have to settle the underlying question of Biafra and the Nigeria government.
