Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must not be jailed under any misguide
This is to refer you on your internal memo press release dated August 13, 2025 ,
Though there was a high level of disapproval of the press statement from your office by majority of global family of IPOB sighting the internal affairs of the released statement which was beyond your duty description.
It is important to note, that there is a claim from you via that statement
1 ; That our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not incapacitated despite his current detention status
2: That our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is reachable
3 That Our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has the power and is able to appoint and sack lawyers
The above three statement claims has necessitated me into writing to you this open letter , so you use your good office to reach out to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu , IPOB leader to look into series of misconduct of some of his appointed lawyers, specifically Barr Aloy Ejimakor and Barr Maxwel Okpara .
These lawyers total disregard to the leadership structure of IPOB movement for Biafra struggle which he himself is the founder and supreme leader is highly worrisome and it possess high risk danger in his legal battle against the Nigeria government,
Biafrans are pondering the rational behind his choices of choosing these individuals for legal service, judging by a petition written by his sibilings against his former legal team led by Chief Mike Ozekhome San .
One of the excuses Biafrans were made to believe as a reason, Chief Mike Ozekhome was relieved of his duty in representing our leader after his outstanding performance in securing victory of discharged and acquitted verdict for our leader in the Appeal court ruling of October 13, 2022 was that he was honoured with an award by Buhari led government.
As a concern Comrade and loyalist to Biafra course under IPOB movement lead Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through the administrative structure of Directorate of State of Indigenous People of Biafra.
I therefore reveals my following observation to enable you to use your good office to reach out to onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to consider the following without any atom of misinformation for his urgent action
1 Barr Aloy Ejimakor and Barr Maxwel opara has demonstrated to be (1a)anti IPOB and Biafra struggle
(1b) ignorant of IPOB mission and vision
and therefore do not merit their inclusiveness in his legal team .
2 A reported publication by an online site dated October 2024 claimed that Kanu’s lawyer Aloy Ejimakor pocketed muti Million naira contract while evading tax : souce link here :

A report Barr Aloy Ejimakor could not deny or file a suit against same site for false information, or make clarification over the publication by Biafrans.
And Biafrans are questioning the rationale behind this government contract and the inside bargain that might pose danger in our leaders on going case with Federal government and the ugly effect against our struggle for a free Biafra
Because what is good for the goose is also good for the gander .
If Cheif Mike Ozekhome( San) can be blackmailed for an award by Buhari government as Kanu's legal counsel and it was termed government compromise. A question of same is been possed to what Is Barr Aloy Ejimakor with muti Million naira government contract by thesame government still doing in our leader's legal team ? Biafrans are questioning?
3 There are strong evidence that these above mentioned lawyers has strong ties with the convicted Simon Ekpa the man that Nigerian politicians mostly the south east governors that thinks the rising agitation for free Biafra state poses a threat towards their political ambitions in Nigeria
And these politicians contracted the man simon Ekpa an Igbo Nigerian Finnish politicians to course high level of insecurity in Biafra land in their desperate attempt to shop evidence to demonise IPOB to the world and link his criminality gangs of Biafra autopiloters against our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
The evidence of alliance and strong ties of these lawyers with Simon Ekpa are in public domain and Biafrans views these evidence as a trap set by Nigerian government to make our leader vulnerable for their baseless charges against Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
It is On this public interest that I write to you this open letter, hoping that this narratives is conveyed to Onyendu without information dilution hoping that Onyendu if well informed will not hesitate to take the right decision and action that shall aid his long anticipated genuine freedom devoid of government trap that may lead to government compromise .
May this letter stand the test of time, for the interest of Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's freedom iseee iseee
