Last year I wrote an open letter to one Barr. Aloysius Ejimakor a self acclaimed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB's special counsel addressing him on some of his many professional misconducts. The open letter was necessitated on the result of his constant controversial social media posts, most especially a post he made where he was trying to silence IPOB media on a particular burning issue which he allegedly claim to be a message from Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in an unprofessional manner without following the appropriate channel of IPOB communication code of conduct.
A message that heavily generated a negative reactions and controversy from the generality of Biafrans. Most especially IPOB media warriors. In that open letter I took my time to address him on the importance of channeling any direct message from Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to the appropriate quarters for a proper delivery of his message and possible implementation of whatsoever message he has. I wrote the letter with love and with all due respect for his person and profession believeing that going forward he shall take caution, correction and amend his ways and render his services professionally as a learned man he claims to portray himself.
Barr. Barr. Aloy Ejimakor through the help of his colleagues in IPOB's legal team was introduced to be part of IPOB legal team as a legal aide to our lead counsel Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, but it Is unfortunate that events has shown in the recent time that my opinion, suggestion and advise to him through my essay last year was totally ignored, disrespected and disregarded, as he continues to display his professional misconducts in his service to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB in general. Many believes that though Mr. Aloy Ejimakor has acquired some limits of knowledge academically from his legal profession but lack wisdom to apply it. While some professional observers has claimed that he is just been self promotional, praise seeker and self interest minded man.
Though one might argue that there is nothing wrong for a person trying to promote self in his professional field, but the question remains that in what ways and manners do he do that?. Most especially when it concerns legal matters. Reason is that every conduct of your professionalism determines your intention in favour or against your client who you are rendering service to. In every interview Mr. Aloy Ejimakor often claim to be special counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB and proudly one. Just to quote him correctly. Therefore IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are his clients as per his claims and should have right to hold him accountable in every of his professional service to IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, reason because his services are not exclusively limited to some certain group of persons parading themselves as Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's siblings and inlaws.
Same group that undermines every structure of IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who he Mr. Aloy Ejimakor always claims to be their special legal representative and under whose payroll he is. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB case with the Federal Government of Nigeria is far beyond siblings and Inlaws affairs. Therefore where your loyalty lies upon must be specifically difined.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu led IPOB has a leadership structure in which Barr. Aloy Ejimakor should be directing his briefings to as per the right appropriate channel, which supposedly should be the head of Directorates of IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Chika Edoziem or other members of IPOB's Directorate of States. It's surprisingly to us that Barr. Aloy Ejimakor keep undermining these laid down structure of IPOB and always jump the necessary protocols and choose the social media space(s) as a platform to brief his clients on his chosen topic and by so doing he avoids being hold accountable from many of his professional misconducts.
One can imagine the hypocrisy of a man who enjoys using the term IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu special counsel as a title to follow his name for self promotion to achieve his selfish interests but his loyalty lies somewhere else and not the IPOB that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu represent.
This is why he was fast to media hype his victory of one billion naira award judgment in Umuahia but deny Biafrans and the public the right to be informed and updated on the particular case when Federal Government filed an appeal in the very case; unlike Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor who always briefs the leadership of IPOB and generality of Biafrans on the outcome of every of his legal petition and proceedings, positve or negative as per his professional service to IPOB. Therefore
Barr. Aloy Ejimakor's conducts so far are clear examples of professional misconducts, bad services, and public deceit in the part of Barr. Aloy Ejimakor.
The question is why gives updates only when you are winning?. Recently in your quest to gain praise singers you committed a very horrible blunder when you published what you claim to be Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's medical reports on social media. A report if at all originated from genuine source should be private and confidential.
More evidences of Mr. Aloy Ejimakor's many professional misconducts can be enumerated. To buttress this act of his professional misconducts the so called medical report is arguably not from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's personal Doctor as been portrayed by Mr. Aloy Ejimakor. A thorough review and analysis of that report has been confirmed that the said report was from a commercial hospital with bill tag on it. A clear evidence that it is a contracted Doctor not Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's personal physician. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu personal physician/Doctor cannot stoop so low to attach a bill or fees in such a medical report . This is also another proof of fraudulence act using the predicament of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a means of enriching self and his co conspirators are pacting his back.
Mr. Aloy Ejimakor, your history dated as far back as 2004 in America that allegedly led to your suspension as a practicing attorney in the United States of America in a matter involving you on violations of your professional conducts and fraudulent acts and that is what you are deliberately repeating self in your service to IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Be mindful that our eyes are very much on you and we are watching you closely. Therefore it is to your best interest to retreat your step and render your professional service to IPOB following IPOB's code of conduct/rules or quit and stop using IPOB to rise to fame and to enrich self.
IPOB is a global movement with a well defined structure hence if you will wish to continue to be proud to call IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu your clients as you always do, you must respect our structure and desist from using the name of IPOB for fraudulent activities or for fame while you jeopardize the genuine efforts of the leadership and other legal team.
