Mr. Bruce Fein with all due respect Sir as an international attorney to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra - IPOB, you knew too well that you are not eligible to represent our leader - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja Federal High Court but you were busy taking up flight to appear in Abuja Federal High Court for at least five consecutive times with a minimum fee of fifty thousand US dollars [$50,000] on each appearance you made and the money was being paid to you directly for that purpose of representation, at the end of the five wasted appearances what did you achieve for IPOB?.
Why do you out of greed allow yourself to be used as a tool of blackmail against our erudite legal counsel Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor who gave you all the underserved hospitality during your fruitless court appearances at Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case at Federal High Court Abuja?.
Let us discuss and dissect your alleged conflict of interest and ineligibility of representation.
The truth is that your untoward allegation in your letter is borne out of manipulative unforseen agents of the Nigerian government. Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor is not guilty of your allegations and this goes a long way to prove to the wider IPOB family your insincerity in your acclaimed representation of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB as an attorney both in the United States and over here in Nigeria as your fruitless visit to Nigeria over five consecutive times were based on the cow you were milking dry; you were only chasing after the cash you get from IPOB and nothing more.
You only came for the money you were making from IPOB and your passion were driven by the monetary gains and not by your professional prowess reason being that if it was all about your professionalist you could have achieve some visible victory in those wasted visit of yours.
Mr. Bruce Fein, could neither withdraw nor achieve any landmark victory for the Indigenous People of Biafra, despite being sponsored continuously until IPOB leadership found his service unwanted anymore. Surprisingly Mr. Bruce Fein suddenly woke up from slumber and thought that he can now blackmail our hard working and ever achieving erudite legal counsel Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor on the ground that he has a pending case with a private citizen not even the government. What a joke of a century?.
Why would pending charges against a citizen in a court yet to be heard by a private citizen become a conflict of interest without any court verdict from any competent court of jurisdiction?. Is that not tantamount of pronouncing the accused guilty without granting him/her the opportunity to be heard subsequent to fair hearing cum trial?.
As a layman in law, I am still aware that all accused persons are presumably innocent and not guilty as charged until a competent court proclaim a verdict of convict as charged.
We emphatically need to know and comprehend from all perspective of reasoning why all of a sudden Mr. Bruce Fein, sort and seek for the withdrawal of Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, who have been an asset and a great achiever to IPOB with his professional service from being one of the member's counsel representing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the ground that he has a pending case with a private citizen?. The answer is simple, Mr. Bruce Fein manipulative letter is driven by monetary gains being sponsored by the same agent of the Federal government of Nigeria to distract and blackmail our best legal practitioner and we want to notify him that his antics is dead on arrival.
Therefore may we remind you - Mr. Bruce Fein that our legal team led by Chief Mike Ezekome Senior Advocate Of Nigera (SAN) is not complaining neither is the global family of IPOB complaining about Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor from continuing in being part of the legal team representing IPOB and our leader - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
