For the records, Ekpa Simon Njoku on his program defended some hoodlums that were called out on air by Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru for impersonating Eastern Security Network using that hallowed name in their terrorist activities in their own communities and beyond against civilian populace. Criminal activities ranging from kidnaping, snatching of cars, raping of our girls, illegal collection of levies, interference in land dispute and family matters which includes fruits dispute in some villages, etc all in the name of Eastern Security Network, against the core mission and vision of Eastern Security Network.
According to Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru, a thorough investigation has been carried out about these individuals mentioned above and their activities. And he can confirm that these individuals are neither officials of Eastern Security Network under the command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, nor are they family members of IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. While these individuals continue to commit these crimes using ESN he found it necessary to call out their names on air, for clarification purposes disassociating IPOB/ESN from crimes being committed by these individuals and their groups.
Also recall that IPOB through its publicity secretary Comrade Emma Powerful has in numerous occasions continue to release a counter press statement each time Nigeria security forces tries to link ESN/IPOB, on many crimes being committed in Igbo land. A move IPOB sees as a deliberate move by the Nigerian government to call a dog a bad name in order to hang it. Because IPOB do not indulge in such criminal activities. IPOB members are unarmed civilian populace who are professionals in different field of work, some are civil servants, traders, engineers, doctors, nurses, business men and women, transporters and technicians in different categories while some are students.
Eastern Security Network in the other hand are armed security outfit derived from IPOB volunteers with one objective; which is to protect our farm lands, forests in Biafra land from the invading foreign Fulani terrorists and other criminals terrorizing our aged parents in their farm land and forestry. As a matter of fact and also as one of the Indigenous People of Biafra's investigative journalist and a student of radio Biafra and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu I am privileged to know some of the Do's and Don't of Eastern Security Network, and penalty to any offenders. Few among the do's and don't of ESN are stated below here accordingly:
1. ESN do not indulge in raping of our girls and mothers and if any official of ESN is found guilty in such acts the penalty is death sentence immediately.
2. ESN members do not indulge in kidnapping for ransom it attracts immediate expulsion from ESN if found guilty.
3. ESN members do not indulge in robbery or harassment of civilian populace doing their legitimate businesses whether indigenous persons or non indigenous persons in Biafra land and if found guilty it attracts immediate expulsion or severe punishment as a deterrent if he is lucky enough to survive the treatment.
4. ESN members are not allowed to disclose their security matters outside their official channel of communication. If found wanton in such behavior attracts severe punishment or expulsion.
With the above stated code of conduct of Eastern Security Network. It is right to say that Mazi China Nworu is right that those mentioned individuals on air are not members of Eastern Security Network while some maybe expelled members judging from their activities.
Note that as at the time of my writing this article none of these communities where those individuals mentioned on air comes from who are mainly the victims of these atrocities being committed by these individuals has come out to debunk the accusation made by Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru as false report neither do the accused ever come out in the open to debunk these allegations.
If you are a student of radio Biafra you will learn that some time if not all the time members of principal officers of IPOB that goes against IPOB code of conduct are warned seriously and if the time frame giving to such individual is exhausted he or she will be expelled, his or her name, office he or she is holding will be announced on air for the public to be aware of his expulsion or punishment. Same is applicable in security department. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has called out some names of expelled members of Eastern Security Network severally, especially when their offense is involved in criminality and it remains unpardonable in IPOB.
Therefore as a member of DOS Mazi Chinasa Nworu has the mandate to make the calrification on air. The Directorate of State DOS, is an institution created by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for leadership purpose and they are recognized by every registered IPOB members. This alone confered Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru the power to give clarification where necessary to Biafrans. We are to believe that base on the detailed clarification made by Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru, it confirms that Eastern Security Network launched by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on December 12, 2020 are totally in the of D.O.S in the absence of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
On this note if some one somewhere who is not even a recognized member of IPOB and a man who has been consistently fingered as raising illegal fund to fund Eastern Security Network ESN can suddenly rushed out to anchor a program in defense of these hoodlums and their activities and furthermore identifying them as Eastern Security Network against the clarification made by Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru. Then Both Mazi Chinasa Nwaoru and comrade Emma Powerful has been vindicated on their press statements that some politicians are sponsoring the fake ESN to terrorize Igbo land in other to blackmail IPOB.
The question is who are these politicians using in committing these artrocities in their quest to blackmail IPOB?. Critical analysis has shown that Simon Ekpa through his conduct on and off social media in regards to ESN is the prime sponsor of this criminal elements claiming to be Eastern Security Network. His recent claims about his full identity as a coincidence to Eastern Security Network and his desperate hunt for fund using that name Eastern Security Network; his boldness in claiming that he truly has link to ESN challenging the IPOB leadership to take him to court before three months is a proof that Mazi Simon Ekpa is a tool being used by the Nigerian politicians most especially Governors Dave Umahi and Hope Uzodimma in recruiting these hoodlums terrorizing our land as ESN.
This is to say that Mazi Simon Ekpa is sponsoring terrorism in Igboland through our serf politicians using our misguided Youths. Simon Ekpa should be charged for sponsoring terrorism acts in Biafra land, his fraud activities and impersonation. But I urge the DOS to remain focused and keep piling up these evidences while they double their effort and keep working hard to see to the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu soon despite Simon Ekpa's distraction. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the one who launched ESN and by the special grace of Chukwu Okike Abiama and through the collective efforts of all IPOB members and DOS he shall regain his freedom and Simon Ekpa will present evidence where Mazi Nnamdi Kanu handed ESN command over to him instead of the DOS in court of law. We are observing and we are keeping records.
