Title: NO REFERENDUM NO ELECTION
Preamble
This is a resolution made on the 3rd day of February 2019 in Abia state Polytechnic Aba, Biafra Land, by Biafran Students Coordinators and Representatives which includes various institutions and their Students Union Executives from different fields of discipline, that on the 16th day of February 2019; we shall SIT AT HOME to participate in the upcoming BIAFRA REFERENDUM thereby BOYCOTTING the fraudulent already rigged elections in the expired contraption called Nigeria.
Introduction
Fellow Biafrans and lovers of freedom, resolute and formidable Biafran students all over the Globe. Greetings in the name of the most High God, Chiukwu Okike Abiama. Today, even as we look back over the past perilous years where our people, fathers and mothers have been continuesly subjugated, killed and massacred even in our own very door steps, we have indeed found courage, strength in this our very own family "IPOB" to surge onwards positively towards our collective set goals and aspirations which is BIAFRA RESTORATION.
We thank the supreme Leader of IPOB "Mazi Nnamdi Kanu" and all the organs of IPOB for their absolute commitment and unshakable stance to the cause for which we the youths, students and people have been making daily, the supreme sacrifice, a divine cause for which we all have been dispossessed, blockaded, bombarded, starved, impoverished, killed and massacred. We salute all hardcore Biafrans for their tenacity of purpose and amazing steadfastness under this very siege, the unholy and forced amalgamation. We will not forget our heroes and heroines who have paid the ultimate price towards the cause of the restoration of the kingdom of Chiukwu Okike Abiama on the face of mother earth again. To them and our unborn generation we owe everything and we must restore BIAFRA.
It's imperative to notify the world and Biafran students in particular that we are out to get Biafra and Biafra we shall get. The Nigerian state is designed to inflect pains to the indigenous populace within the geographical expression. The educational system in Nigeria has continuously deteriorated to its worst state, sadly it's unsalable. No learning infrastructure, proper buildings and adequate equipments for practical courses in our respective institutions all over Biafra land especially. Poor State of learning environment. Nepotism and favouritism mingled with corruption are geared towards us Biafrans, where they are put in a Federal Quota system, which enables someone from Sokoto to successfully gain admission with a score of 8 and another from Imo to be under consideration even when he or she scores 180 and above.
The continuous strike action of our universities and polytechnics since all this years only shows that Nigeria and her government have no plans what so ever for the young minds like us. Like a saying "The pen is mightier than the sword" rather they have given us Swords to bring down our selves. They ship their children overseas for studies and keep telling us "We are the Leaders of Tomorrow". For Biafran students it's only normal that after graduating from any higher institutions we venture into buying and selling of goods and services and driving of commercial tricycles and buses along our streets.
There have been constant molestation, illegal arrest and killing of our fellow students, youths and children marching peacefully on the streets demanding their right to self determination that's enshrined in the fraudulent military 1999 Nigerian Constitution as amended via adoption of the AU and UN charter on Self Determination by Indigenous population, this assault and mass genocidal attack on Biafran students is so unbearable.
Resolution
The power of the youths and students can never be over emphazied; just recently in Bangladesh Dhaka, students marched in their thousands demanding that their government reform the traffic regulations because of the death of two secondary school students knocked down by a drunk driver. Even the remarkable 2014 Hong Kong class boycott campaign also known as 922 class boycott. There is a smooky revolution underneath, soonest it will ignite. We the students are awaken to our responsibilities because when tyranny and dictatorship rules the day, revolution becames a duty. In Nigeria, students are known for suffering and smiling. Biafran Students coordinators and representatives met and sat down on a round table on the 3rd day of February 2019 in Abia State Polytechnic Aba in Biafra Land. We asked questions begging for answers;
1. Which of our elders or fathers in our land joined in composition and drafting of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution?
2. What have we gained as students since we started voting?
3. Why is there favoritism, quota system in our educational system?
4. Why the continuous killing of our parents, sisters and brothers seeking self determination if really it's One Nigeria?
5. Why not consider us living as peaceful neighbours than killing us all?
Biafran students, the answers to the above only shows that BIAFRA is our only Hope. Majority of the total registered voters in Nigeria are students amounting to over 22.3 million voters, where majority of these voters are Biafran students scattered every where even in the Northern and Western part of the Zoo called Nigeria. Hence, we have informed and we are informing all Biafran students in the Geographical Expression known as Nigeria to SIT AT HOME on the 16th day of February 2019. This is to observe our Biafran referendum. The first process of the first Biafran Referendum towards BIAFRA RESTORATION.
We are tired of repeating same mistake by VOTING, thereby legitimasing those used as tools for our current slavery. We ask that the document and paper works of our Referendum should be signed not by an imposter but a legitimate governmental official and announced ON or BEFORE the 16th day of February 2019, otherwise all Biafrans students and their PVCs shall SIT AT HOME and BOYCOTT THE ELECTIONS on the 16th day of February, 2019.
Conclusion: Biafran Students especially those in Nigeria listen to the instructions of IPOB and SIT AT HOME and be counted on the 16th day of February as BIAFRA REFERENDUM. It is only in BIAFRA that after graduation you will all gain employment in your respective discipline. It's only in BIAFRA that institutions will never go on strike over poor funding. Because it's in BIAFRA that there shall be no Quota System in Education.
Finally it is only in BIAFRA that AFRICA shall once again Rise!
May ChiUkwu Okike Abiama bless us all and make our BIAFRA REFERENDUM a Success. Ise! Ise!!
