Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; IPOB leader; being illtreated by a DSS Agent even in public
BIAFRA: RE- BINTA NYAKO, FALANA, SENATORS; RELEASING NNAMDI KANU REMAINS THE ONLY ACTION THAT CAN SAVE NIGERIA

Spiritually; Nigeria is suffering the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu and I need not to write many paragraphs when the prophets are talking everyday about the case. There is hunger in the land and there is death; there is hardship and there is hatred. Nigeria is without focus and just as everything is crumbling; the government is crumbling too, no hope of getting Nigeria out of her plague, by each dawn- everything gets deteriorated.

Physically; life is becoming unbearable and the image of Nigeria is being tarnished by virtue of continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu. Amnesty International’s report is going viral and reaching the ears of the world; questions are coming up of what will be the fate of Nigerian State. Only by firstly releasing Nnamdi Kanu and diplomatically or rather decisively looking to address Biafra question will save Nigeria. The continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu cannot heal or address anything; what the people want is their leader and for their leader- they can do anything. Probe and investigation by Nigeria is not on the list; Nigeria consciously or premeditatedly killed Biafrans and their probe or investigation will be mockery of the dead.

It is as simple as abc that the world or International criminal court will take action against Nigeria by virtue of this campaign against crimes against humanity being perpetrated by the State. Amnesty International to champion the campaign is a guarantee that action will definitely take place. One would wonder why Nigeria is denying and perambulating, from one end to another, everybody is worried and fear is growing. Any time Amnesty International comes into a matter; it is believed that the matter has accumulated and posing immense threat to humanity.

Amnesty International is needed before any action is taken when it comes to human right issues. This is why the Institution is respected across the globe; they dig deeper than any group and they go further with their report. There is no gainsaying that any campaign championed by Amnesty International at the end of the day begets a fruit. While that is the case; the issue of Nigeria is immense, for the last time the Nigerian State known for trampling or abuse of human rights will be nailed, in other words, justice will finally come to the oppressed. Other local Human Rights Groups have submitted their findings to Amnesty International who is the mother of them all. In addition to that; there is much more than needed evidence to execute the campaign for action against Nigeria that has already been boldly urged or written.

More of the factors that would guarantee action against Nigeria are the fertile evidences on ground against the State. Amnesty International uploaded one out of the many video evidences in possession and the world is already shaking. Nigeria had initially denied the report but when the video was uploaded; they slacked and have not yet apologized. It is almost certain that ICC awaits Nigeria and compulsion not ruled out. In such a case justice is not done; their will likely be establishment of foreign backed-rebellion that shall fight for justice.

The reason or the root cause of the protest that led to the crime against humanity is the arrest and continued illegal detention of Nnamdi Kanu who was released previously by two competent Court of jurisdiction. While Nigeria unleashed her military against unarmed and lawful protesters; the protesters have persisted on the streets as the release of Nnamdi Kanu remains their paramount demand. Nigerian government has largely misunderstand the peaceful protesters who only find fun in their act; lifting Biafran flag and walking about the street, singing and praying, all they needed is to restore Biafra. What would have been the case had the vibrant Youths took up arms to demand the restoration of Biafra; the military action against Biafrans remains a call made out of bigotry.

With Nnnamdi Kanu still in detention; there is no way the killing can stop or action being called by everyone can be initiated; any action bereft of Nnamdi Kanu’s release is a waste of time or resources. Protesters will remain on the streets if Nnamdi Kanu is not released; agitation will be visible and by virtue of the bigotry that is out of control, Buhari will yet go on with extra-judicial execution and try as much as possible to destroy evidences and keep it secret. The moral or rather reassuring way to address or take action over the report by Amnesty International is to firstly release Nnamdi Kanu.

A leading human rights Lawyer wrote to Buhari to investigate the killing or rather genocide against Biafrans; I will rather dub that a waste of time and resources because as Amnesty International clearly said, there can never be a successful investigation. Calling for investigation or probe is as important as one keeping mute over the case; I had urged Falana to keep quiet if he doesn’t know the right advice that would end this sustained crime against humanity.

The senators in the red chamber were on their feet the other time calling for a probe; it is quite disheartening that one calls for a probe when the Government is unapologetic. They quickly through their military denied the report and backed their action, saying they averted national security threat. It becomes stupidity ranting from one end to another that anyone is calling for investigation or probe. The only way to address the report if truly anyone is unhappy with the genocide is to call for or pressure for the release of Nnamdi Kanu.
