- GUILTY or NOT GUILTY
Honestly, if a man is found guilty, is very easy to distinguish.
Although in some cases, the criminal appears to be more innocent than the victim. But in most cases, the criminal actually cannot deny.
In the case of our hero Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the director of Radio Biafra central command, his case was, I could say an alienated case to most common cases. In short, no clear proof and evidence for the accusation charged or filed against him.
For this reason, the honourable court had ordered him for release, two times been ordered but also twice denied by the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari. He never regards to follow court orders but made to prolong the incarceration of our hero behind of being innocent and of without guilt against such charges where he is absolute without obligation but found innocent.
Shall I have the right to ask if a prison house is a design for the just? Or the unjust? Because in the jungle country called Nigeria, Africa a just man named Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been in a year round in an illegal detention under pressured by the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari.
Let's recall the cause and reasons why the Nigerian President wanting Mr Kanu to be forever in prison;
1.) The Federal State is feeling in danger of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's freedom if he will be lost from prison, he can make massive slaves to free, the BIAFRAN people.
2.) Next was the reason of the truth that the Country Nigeria is no more visa of its existence to withhold the independent states due to the expiration of Amalgamation writ of 1914 that which was lasted last 2014 supposedly the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA can declare its independence as back to an autonomous country, and Mr Nnamdi Kanu was the one helping the Biafran slaves to fight for their right to commit freedom .
3.)Mr. Muhammadu Buhari is afraid of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's freedom due to Mr Buhari committed massive killings of million-million Biafrans during 1967-1970 and continues to 2011 up to the present which he knows well that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will not hold him guiltless and will fight for the right of the lost souls of Biafra and to free the living souls that are illegally a prey in their own home Biafra even until now.
This is just top three of the fear of the Nigerian president why he pressured much the Biafran lion Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in prison in order for him to be safe if the Lion is in the cage.
Lately, the Nigerian court had failed to treat the case for trial of said Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; the Justices was all corrupted by the same president Muhammadu Buhari after a blackout declaration and the deliberation was under a so-called "SECRET TRIAL" which was all unconstitutional and against human rights and rules of journalism.
Everything the zoo country Nigeria had done all that they want all form of the illegality of the said Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's trial just to corrupt the justices, and they succeed.
October 5, 2016, the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was headed to ECOWAS COURT. Nnamdi Kanu v/s the Federal Government Nigeria.
But unfortunately, the Federal Government team, the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, the FG lawyer, Chief Justice of Nigeria, the APC, and also Hausa Paper daily trust, and Rochas unexpectedly left the ECOWAS court and gone till nowhere to be found.
Now! GUILTY or NOT GUILTY, is a concern, they judge their acts, and when they found themselves guilty by their conscience, they left in full shame within themselves and against themselves before the honourable ECOWAS COURT they didn't mind but racing to be gone out.
Such actions only shouting to the whole world that "THEY DO NOT HAVE DEFINITE CHARGES TO FILE AGAINST THE ILLEGALLY DETAINED MAZI NNAMDI KANU.
