17th of November 2016, awaits Buhari, the president of the British Islamic republic of Nigeria to either add more additional kangaroo charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or better obey court orders and release the IPOB leader.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, who have been to all the continent of the worldwide without any record of crime, was abducted by Muhammadu Buhari through his Daura unlawful Gestapo DSS in Lagos, while returning to Biafra land from London on 14th of October, 2015. Ever since, he subjected to illegal detention till date.
It is still surprising that the government of Nigeria under the leadership of the former and current dictator in the guise of democracy, Mr. Muhammadu Buhari has never in his entire life learnt what it takes to be civilized, or should someone boldly say he is acting due to his illiteracy?
President Buhari after several months of searching for one masquerade or another via his most puppet judge, Hon.justice John Tsoho, who was forced to hands off the case due to his several acrobatic nature of handling the case, however, he was recently replaced by Muhammadu Buhari's Daura sister, Hon Binta Nyako.
Recall that Hon. Binta Nyako is the only female judge so far in the case. She sat over the case for the first time on the 8th of November 2016. On that day, the whole world experienced another level of lawlessness in the British concocted Nigeria, an entity forcefully created and named by Lord Lugard and his girl friend, Flora Shaw. On that particular day, humanity experienced the first ever purported additional charges in a case that had lasted for more than a year now. That day the entire humanity also realized why Nigeria can never be better than a zoo.
Furthermore, after experiencing all the drama in Binta's court that day, it was also noted that Nnamdi Kanu's legal councils filed an application for bail once again before the honorable court. The application was also granted by Hon.justice Binta Nyako, after which she fixed 17th of November 2016 for the hearing of the bail application.
Therefore, the world is very much obsessed about that very fast approaching day. People of goodwill, the lovers of freedom and democracy as well as the international community and rights groups are now mounting their satellite to also know whether the victory of American president elect, Mr.Donald J.Trump have so far bring the real change in Buhari judiciary, or whether that day will also experience another baseless additional charges, or if we are going to experience yet another refusal of Nnamdi Kanu's bail based on his possession of dual citizenship. We are also anticipating a remix of the Tsoho's pronouncement which states that if Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is allowed to enjoy his constitutional bailing rights,he will commit another offense.
Before I cap it up, I would like to let the whole world know that the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra and the director of Radio Biafra and Biafra television, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never committed any crime whatsoever, neither did any known and even unknown law find him guilty of any offences. So how can any judge make such an oral conviction if not compromise and intimidation? Or is the rule of law not in existent in the zoological Nigeria?
Lastly, we want the whole world to know that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is a prisoner of conscience must be granted his unconditional freedom.
We are not in dictatorship whereby presumption supersedes the rules of law.
