PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE AND INDONESIA AGREED TO BEGIN ON ESTABLISHING A FREE TRADE ZONE.

In the interview to CNN Indonesia, President Petro Poroshenko informed that in the course of the negotiations with President of Indonesia Joko Widodo they had agreed to begin consultations on establishing a free trade zone between Ukraine and Indonesia.

We agreed to begin consultations on establishing a free trade zone with President Widodo the Head of State said.

Petro Poroshenko emphasized that Indonesia is an important partner of Ukraine in Southeast Asia. The countries have a great potential of cooperation in many spheres. Ukraine can become a platform providing access to the European market for Indonesian investors, the President stressed.

The Head of State is hopeful that today’s business forum will facilitate the enhancement of
cooperation between Ukraine and Indonesia.
